With our group fitness classes, all you have to do is sign-up and show up. We formulate the workouts, walk you through every exercise and motivate you to push past your limits. Our small class sizes allow us to customize exercises to fit your individual needs and provide one-on-one support.

THE FORMA STANDARD

At Forma Fitness, we believe that a combination of strength and sweat is the most effective method of training. Our program has been carefully and methodically designed to maximize overall results. Our results-based workouts are fun and dynamic. We combine strength and HIIT to increase your heart rate, burn fat & build lean muscle so that you see changes in your body.

We like to do things a little it differently at Forma. We believe that group motivation and instructor support are key components to success. We also know that everyone is different and some customization and one-on-one support will help everyone achieve their goals that much quicker. That’s why we have combined the feel and motivation of larger group classes with the support of personal training to bring you the best of both worlds in our small group fitness classes.

  • What gym experience do I need for Forma classes?
    Our classes are designed to help any fitness level get to the goals they desire. If you're new on your fitness journey and are looking to nail down the fundamental movements before class, check out our personal training opportunities!
  • Can I come to the gym for a drop in workout?
    Yes! Our Drop in classes are $26.00 per class. Its a great opportunity to see how you like the style of class and meet the coaches! Classes can be booked here.
  • Do you offer small group training?
    Yes! Our classes allow for a maximum of 14 people which gives us the opportunity to customize exercises to fit your individual needs and provide one-on-one support.
