At Forma Fitness, we believe that a combination of strength and sweat is the most effective method of training. Our program has been carefully and methodically designed to maximize overall results. Our results-based workouts are fun and dynamic. We combine strength and HIIT to increase your heart rate, burn fat & build lean muscle so that you see changes in your body.

Corey (owner and head trainer) is so talented and patient, and ensures all exercises are done correctly. Thank you, Corey, for challenging me and pushing me a little bit further every time; I appreciate the extra care and attention. I’ve achieved more than I thought possible. While COVID-19 had us locked down, you provided excellent online workouts without missing a beat. And now that we’re back, I really enjoy coming into the gym; the workouts, with 1:1 training, feel so good and I get to release all my stresses of the day. A monthly membership is the best money spent...less expensive than 1 therapy session and so much better! It’s awesome working with you Corey.

I have been working with Corey and the team at Forma Fitness for about 13 months and I am extremely satisfied with the results I’m seeing! The group of people that are currently members have very different age and fitness levels. With that in mind we all are able to Repeat and feel challenged He trains with the knowledge of nutrition , stretching, strength, and is able to motivate his clients so results are participate and feel challenged. Every session gets gradually harder as I become stronger and in better shape. We never do the same workouts twice. Corey trains with the knowledge of nutrition , stretching, strength, and is able to motivate his clients so results are seen. The training environment is a very fun, open atmosphere. I look forward to every session and am excited to work with him multiple times a week! I would recommend Forma to anyone wanting to get fit!

Amazing coaches, challenging workouts &
a great community
I am over joyed to be back at Forma! The coaches are amazing and give their personal attention to ensure proper form and keep me motivated. I also have back issues and they always check in and modify workouts for my individual situation. Since coming back to the gym, I have lost my “quarantine” weight quickly and feel energized and confident! Working out on my own at home was no comparison to working out at Forma. Thank you Forma for amazing coaches, challenging workouts and a great community!

Better Mental Health & Proper Mechanics
Being able to be back at Forma feels like being back with long lost family! Being able to continue training, in whichever creative method possible, has assisted me in maintaining better mental health that likely would have been so much worse given the current pandemic. Corey and his team, have gone above and beyond to keep all clients engaged and consistently challenged in an extremely positive, creative, supportive and non-judgment environment. If you’re looking for a fun, friendly and supportive community to get in shape with, then you need to check out Forma Fitness! The coaches push you to try your hardest and hold you accountable to your goals, and the members are welcoming and encouraging. Working out with forma improved my strength, confidence and self-discipline. For me I didn’t just join a gym, I joined the forma family!
